We spend a full week just practicing technique with every client before the actual 12-week program begins.
Optimization of Nutrition – You won’t find any magic pills or shakes in our nutrition plans. The ABT 12 programs involve establishing better eating habits that focus on building a base of muscle and strength while simultaneously kick-starting fat loss and supporting increases in overall conditioning all while eating whole natural foods.

Based on your assessments and daily performance, we customize every workout for you, every time. Our focus is to train “pain free” within your comfort zone every single session.
The ABT 12 Classic was designed to create the biggest aesthetic changes possible in the shortest timeframe. The Classic version of the program involves 5 gym sessions per week at approximately 60 minutes per session. Plus 3 to 5 additional running sessions per week on your own time, which last between 3 and 20 minutes each.
ABT 12 Express
The ABT 12 Express is specifically for people on the go! At just 35 minutes per session, 3 times per week, the ABT 12 Express is designed to produce the biggest ‘pound-for-pound’ (or minute-for minute) result imaginable in the most efficient way possible.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
